Halka Paneer Mattar
A classic vegetarian dish with paneer and peas. A mild and lightly
spiced curry ideal for the whole family.
Prep and cook time 30 Minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 pot of Halka cook in curry sauce
- 250g of Paneer
- 500ml of vegetable oil (to fry paneer)
- 400g of frozen peas
Instructions:
1. Dice the paneer into 1cm cubes
2. Heat the oil in a pan and fry of the paneer until golden
3. In a separate pan empty the pot of sauce
4. Add the peas and allow to simmer
5. Add the paneer and a pot of water (365ml) and bring to the boil
6. Simmer on ab low heat for 20 minutes
7. Garnish with fresh chopped coriander (optional)
8. Serve with naan, rice or chapatti
