Mumbai Machli
This super healthy curry takes 10 minutes from fridge to dish. Meaty salmon fillets combined with the flavours of the Mumbai sauce, create a rich aromatic curry that is delicious and a favourite amongst seafood lovers.
Prep and Cook time 10 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 pot of Mumbai Cook in Sauce
- 450g of descaled salmon fillets (or any preferred fish)
Instructions:
- Add the pot of sauce to a wok or large frying pan
- Add the fish
- Bring to the boil on a high heat
- Reduce the heat, cover and simmer for 10 minutes
- Garnish with fresh chopped coriander (optional)
- Serve with rice
